Our clients appreciate the high level of communication and service we provide.  We aim to grow the relationship beyond just the client, ensuring that they are able to take care of their loved ones.

 

Who We Serve

While our core client base falls in the high-net-worth category, we do not have minimums and are always happy to help anyone that is in need.  Most of our clients have a net worth between $1 million and $10 million.  However, we accept accounts of varying sizes.  While our process is most appropriate for those above $500,000 in investable assets, we do accept accounts of all sizes.

Building Our Relationship

Our first focus is understanding you and listening to your main concerns and questions.  We want to gain a bigger picture of who you are and make sure you are heard before anything else.  We are not in a rush; we move at your pace.  While we will address your primary concerns, we leverage Stifel’s high-caliber estate and tax planning professionals to also place an emphasis on reinforcing your financial infrastructure – matters relating to estate and succession planning, account titling, beneficiary maintenance, and more.  The better we know you, the better we can apply our services that are designed to enhance your life.

Communication Is Key

You can expect us to follow through and schedule meetings to stay up to date with your needs.  The amount of meetings per year, either in person, by phone, or over Zoom, varies from client to client, but all generally involve an annual review with quarterly check-ins, depending on the size and complexity of the account.  Each meeting will entail a discussion on the evolving investment landscape with our outlook and the level of impact on your financial picture.  We then bring our guidance to weigh the potential benefits and drawbacks of any changes so that all parties are comfortable moving forward.
